It's not just a brush up the flue - I seal the room with sheet plastic first so no dust gets into your home, then use rod-and-drill kit for a genuinely thorough sweep, not a quick once-over.
Every job includes a proper look at what's actually going on. I'll strip your log burner apart, clean the components, and reassemble it correctly if it hasn't been put back together right before. A smoke test at the end checks the flue is drawing as it should, and if anything's not quite right, I'll get the camera kit up the chimney to show you exactly where the problem is.
