Flue Relining in West Memphis
Damaged, unlined or undersized flues get a full stainless liner sleeved through from top to bottom.
A cracked clay liner or a chimney with no liner at all lets heat and combustion gases get too close to the surrounding masonry and framing, which is a genuine safety issue, not just an efficiency one. I run a new stainless liner the full length of the flue, sized correctly for what's connected to it.
On older homes especially, this often means working through a chimney that was never built with a liner in mind, so it can mean insulating the liner, fitting a proper top plate, and sealing every connection point rather than just pushing a sleeve down and hoping it fits.

Outstanding in every way! Drew worked with us to select the right wood stove, fresh air intake, blower, chimney liner and cap for us. On installation day, he and his crew went above and beyond to carefully removed bricks from the back of the firebox and to core drill through the remaining wyths and limestone facade for a fresh air intake. They fully sleeved the chimney, custom fit a chimney cap, ran power for a blower to an outlet in the crawlspace, and insulated the lower chimney, all while working in almost impossibly tight conditions and taking great care for our 100+ year old house. This kind of attention to detail is rare these days! It really just doesn't get better than DeltA Chimney Sweep!
