Question 1

What happens when I call for pool service?

Accepted Answer

I'll talk through what your pool needs, whether that's a one-off repair, an opening or closing, or ongoing maintenance, and get a visit scheduled. From there I diagnose the issue or perform the service and keep you updated throughout.

Question 2

How much does pool service cost?

Accepted Answer

Every pool and every issue is a little different, so pricing depends on what's needed, whether that's a salt cell repair, a liner patch, or a maintenance visit. I'll always talk you through the work and the cost before getting started.

Question 3

Are you experienced and certified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I have 13 years of experience servicing pools and hot tubs, and I'm certified in Jacuzzi and Hot Springs systems as well as BioGuard water chemistry.

Question 4

How long does a pool service or repair take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the job. A maintenance visit or salt cell diagnosis is usually quick, while repairs like liner patching or a green-to-clean recovery can take longer depending on the condition of the pool. I'll give you a realistic timeframe when I assess the job.

Question 5

Do you help with pool chemistry and maintenance advice?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. I'm BioGuard certified and enjoy helping pool owners, especially first-timers, understand their water chemistry and what their pool needs to stay in good shape.

Question 6

Accepted Answer

I'm based in Phenix City and serve the surrounding area, including Columbus, Fort Moore, Smiths Station, Opelika, and Auburn. Give me a call to check coverage for your address.
