I'm Kenneth, and I've been servicing pools and hot tubs around Phenix City for 13 years. Openings, closings, weekly maintenance, pump repairs, salt cells, I've handled all of it, on backyard pools and hot tubs across the area.
I'm certified in Jacuzzi and Hot Springs hot tub systems and in BioGuard water chemistry, which means I'm not guessing at chlorine levels or salt cell settings. When something's wrong with your water or your equipment, I can tell you why and fix it properly the first time.
A lot of what I do is explaining things, what a first-time pool owner needs to know, why a salt cell is acting up, what a green pool actually needs to come back. I answer the phone myself, show up when I say I will, and treat every pool the same whether it's a quick chemical check or a full green-to-clean job.
