A gunite build starts with the yard, not a catalog page. I walk the lot, check grade, drainage and access, then design the shape and depth around how your family actually swims - laps, a shallow ledge for kids, a deep end for diving. The shell is dug and reinforced with steel before the gunite is shot in place, giving you a pool that's built for your ground rather than trimmed to fit it.
Once the shell has cured, plumbing, electrical and the equipment pad go in, followed by tile, coping and the interior finish you've chosen. I keep you posted at each stage - excavation, steel, shotcrete, plumbing, finish - so you know exactly where the build stands and what's coming next, right through to the final fill.
