Where equipment is being upgraded at the same time, I tie that in during the remodel rather than as a separate visit, so you're not paying for the pool to be drained twice.

We were very pleased with the finished product of the swimming pool and the timelines of the build. I would give the pool five stars but the billing and office department two stars. They are terrible when it comes to billing. It’s antiquated. They try to charge a 20% fee to pay online. So you have to mail a check. It’s very irritating and then if you miss the email, then they just don’t show up.

We highly recommend TrueBlue Pools. Finding the right company to install a pool and patio is not for the faint of heart. It requires a lot of trust in your contractor, and we were so thankful we chose TrueBlue. They really listened to what we wanted and walked us through every step. Moreover, the owners and their sub-contractors were professional, personal, and kind to our kids and animals. TrueBlue also kept their promise by installing our pool in under 3 months. We are so happy with our pool!
