How does your pest control process work?

I start with a free inspection to see exactly what I'm dealing with, whether it's ants, mice, bees or something else, then treat the problem at its source rather than just what you can see.

Do you give fixed quotes?

Yes. After the inspection I'll give you a clear, written price before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Are you insured and do you guarantee your work?

I'm fully insured and I stand behind every treatment I carry out. If the problem comes back, get in touch and I'll sort it.

How long does treatment take?

It depends on the pest and how bad the problem is. Some jobs are done in a single visit, others need a short follow-up to make sure everything's cleared.

How do you know what's actually causing the problem?

With over 30 years of experience I've seen pretty much everything. I look for the entry points and nesting areas so the treatment deals with the real problem, not just what's visible.

What areas do you cover?

I cover Akron and the surrounding area, including Cuyahoga Falls, Tallmadge, Stow, Barberton and Green.

Call Paul for a Free Get a free quote

I work with several HOAs and businesses across the Akron area on an ongoing basis, which means turning up to the same site regularly and knowing what's been treated before and what to keep watching. It's not a one-off callout, it's a relationship built up over repeat visits.

If something new crops up between scheduled visits, whether that's a wasp nest or a rodent problem, I deal with it as part of the contract rather than treating it as a separate job. A lot of my HOA contracts have been running for years for exactly that reason.

What's included

Regular scheduled visits
Consistent treatment across the site
Point of contact for new issues between visits
Cover for ants, rodents, wasps and more
Long-standing HOA relationships

Paul and his cousin William have been so helpful, kind, and professional in dealing with them for wasps outside, as well as centipedes inside. They’ve been contracted with our HOA for several years, and we just moved in here in December and are so thankful that we have access to their help! We couldn’t recommend them enough. They do a fantastic job and are so friendly!!
