Do you give fixed quotes?
Yes. After the inspection I'll give you a clear, written price before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
Are you insured and do you guarantee your work?
I'm fully insured and I stand behind every treatment I carry out. If the problem comes back, get in touch and I'll sort it.
How long does treatment take?
It depends on the pest and how bad the problem is. Some jobs are done in a single visit, others need a short follow-up to make sure everything's cleared.
How do you know what's actually causing the problem?
With over 30 years of experience I've seen pretty much everything. I look for the entry points and nesting areas so the treatment deals with the real problem, not just what's visible.
