Pool & Spa Services in Archdale
Water testing, chemicals, parts and hands-on service for pool and spa owners across Archdale and the surrounding towns.
Water Testing in Archdale
Bring in a sample in any clean container and get a full test read back to you in plain terms.
What's included
- Chlorine, pH and alkalinity checked
- Calcium hardness and stabilizer tested
- Metals and phosphates checked on request
- Results explained item by item
- Dosage written out, not just numbers
- No appointment needed
Bring a sample from about elbow-deep in the pool, in a clean bottle, and I'll run it on the spot. You get chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness and stabilizer as a minimum, with metals or phosphates checked too if the water looks off or you ask for it.
I don't hand you a printout and send you off guessing. I go through what each number means for your pool, what's driving it out of range, and exactly what to add and how much. If the water's fine, I'll tell you that too - you don't leave with a bag of chemicals you don't need.

Pool Chemicals & Supplies in Archdale
Chlorine, shock, algaecide, pH adjusters and stabilizer, sold by what your test actually shows.
What's included
- Chlorine tabs, granular and liquid
- Shock and algaecide
- pH increaser and decreaser
- Alkalinity and stabilizer products
- Winterizing and opening chemicals
- Stock for pools and spas
Once your water's tested, I stock what it needs - chlorine in whatever form suits your setup, shock, algaecide, pH and alkalinity adjusters, stabilizer, the lot. Same goes for opening and closing season, when demand for balancing chemicals spikes.
I've never been one to load a customer up with product they don't need. If your test says you need two things, you leave with two things. That's why people keep coming back rather than shopping around.

Equipment & Parts in Archdale
Pumps, filters, motors and the smaller fittings, sourced or matched to what's already on your pool.
What's included
- Pumps and pump motors
- Filter cartridges and elements
- O-rings, gaskets and unions
- Pool lights and fittings
- Automatic cleaner parts
- Cross-referencing old or worn parts
Bring in the old part, a photo, or the model plate off your equipment and I'll work out what you actually need. Pumps, filters, motors, the smaller fittings that wear out and get overlooked - if it's a common part, I can usually get you sorted quickly.
A lot of the calls I get are people who've already been told a part isn't available or don't know what they're looking at. I'll cross-reference it properly before sending anyone off to buy the wrong thing twice.

Pool Service & Repair in Archdale
Service calls for pumps, filters and equipment faults before a small issue turns into a bigger repair.
What's included
- Pump and motor troubleshooting
- Filter servicing and cleaning
- Equipment fault diagnosis
- Repairs on common failures
- Advice on when to repair vs replace
- Follow-up if the fix doesn't hold
If a pump's making noise, a filter's not clearing the water, or something on your equipment pad just isn't right, bring it to me or describe what's happening and I'll work out what's going on. A lot of the time it's something straightforward that gets worse if it's left.
I'd rather fix what's actually wrong than sell a replacement part on a guess. If it does need replacing, I'll tell you plainly rather than stringing out a repair that won't hold.

Spa & Hot Tub Supplies in Archdale
Bromine, chlorine, pH balancers and filters sized for spa and hot tub volumes, not pool-scale dosing.
What's included
- Bromine and chlorine for spas
- Spa-specific pH and alkalinity products
- Spa filters and cartridges
- Shock treatments for hot tubs
- Water testing for spa volumes
- Advice on startup and drain-and-refill
Spa water moves fast because of the volume and the heat, so the products and doses are different from a pool. I stock bromine and chlorine options built for spas, along with the pH and alkalinity balancers sized correctly for a hot tub's water volume.
Bring a sample in the same way you would for a pool and I'll test it and talk you through what a spa actually needs, especially around startup after a drain-and-refill or before heavy winter use.

Expert Pool Care Advice in Archdale
Straight answers on water problems, equipment questions and seasonal care, whether you're new to pool ownership or not.
What's included
- Advice on green or cloudy water
- Seasonal opening and closing guidance
- Equipment troubleshooting talk-throughs
- New pool owner walkthroughs
- Algae and stain identification
- Guidance with no product pushed
Not every visit needs a purchase. If you've got green water, a stain you can't identify, or you've just bought your first pool and don't know where to start, I'll talk it through with you and tell you what's actually going on.
I've been doing this long enough that most problems people bring in aren't new to me. I'd rather spend the time explaining it properly than sell something that doesn't fix the actual issue.

How It Works
Three steps, no pressure
1
Bring in a sample
Bring a water sample from your pool or spa, or just come in and describe what's going on. Jason will test it or talk it through with you on the spot.
2
Get it explained
He'll go through what the results mean, what's causing any problem, and exactly what you need - no more, no less.
3
Leave sorted
You walk out with the right chemicals, parts or advice, or a service call booked if the job needs hands-on work at your pool.
