House washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution rather than a straight blast of water, because vinyl, brick and painted wood don't need to be hit hard to come clean, they need the right chemical to break down the mold and algae first. I work from the roofline down, treating siding, trim, gutters and fascia, then rinse. Windows, sills and porches get rinsed as part of the same visit.
Most houses in this climate build up green and black streaking on the north-facing walls and under eaves within a year or two. Soft washing kills what's growing there rather than just knocking the surface layer off, so the result holds up longer than a straight pressure wash would.

A1 Pressure Washing crew did an amazing job on cleaning a concrete driveway pad that was pretty dirty after having pallets of sod, clonks of dirt, and track marks from the skid steer on it.
